🌸 Softlee Atelier Return Policy

At Softlee Atelier, every piece is Selected with care and intention. We hope you adore your purchase—but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That said, please note that returns are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

🛍️ Return Requests

• We do not automatically accept returns. All return requests are subject to approval by Softlee Atelier.

• To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at softlee.atelier@gmail.com.

• Include your order number, item details, and reason for the return. We’ll review your request and respond promptly.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, (re)packaged in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• If your return is approved, you may be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

• We do not reimburse shipping fees unless the item was defective or sent in error.

💸 Refunds

• If a return is accepted and the item is received in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, custom orders, and digital products are not eligible for return.
